A Precision-Built Approach to Lasting Change

My approach is direct, structured, and built for men who carry real responsibility — at work, at home, and inside themselves. We work on the systems that drive your behavior, your reactions, and your performance so you can operate with clarity under pressure. Medication can support the process, but the real change comes from disciplined psychological work that strengthens how you think, lead, and live.

Evidence-Based Care With Precision

My approach combines hard-data, evidence-based therapy with the precision of an investigator to help professionals identify the real patterns driving their behavior and performance. It’s not just about symptom relief — it’s about creating durable transformation that restores balance and clarity in high-stakes lives.

How I Work

I use a structured, performance-driven approach built for men who carry real responsibility. The work is
direct, practical, and focused on measurable change — not theory.
  • Cognitive Behavioral Tools for clarity, pattern interruption, and consistent follow-through
  • Motivational and accountability-based strategies to strengthen discipline and internal drive
  • Somatic and nervous-system regulation methods to steady the body so the mind can perform
  • Mindfulness-based awareness training for focus, emotional control, and better decision-making
  • Clinical hypnosis for deeper, stuck patterns when appropriate
  • Performance-focused strategies to improve functioning at work, at home, and under pressure
I provide a same-day treatment plan after your intake so you know exactly what we’re working on and why. You’ll also receive assignments between sessions, because the real change happens during the week — not just in the 50 minutes we meet. My job is to give you the tools, structure, and direction. Your job is to execute.

Why Method Matters

Effective therapy has to be strategic. My job is to identify the real patterns driving your behavior — the same way I did in private investigation, Child Protective Services, Adult Protective Services, and crisis-response work — and give you a clear plan to change them. You’ll get research-based, AI-supported assignments every week because the real work happens between sessions, not just in the room. I provide direction, structure, and honest feedback; your job is to execute. This partnership is what makes the process effective, efficient, and built for men who operate under pressure.

Recovery-Informed Practice

I’m Not Coaching From the Sidelines

I'm in recovery myself — I've written about it openly. That lived experience directly shapes how I work with clients dealing with addiction and substance use. I ran the same playbook for decades: the justifications, the bargaining, the belief that being smart makes you immune. When a client sits across from me and runs those plays, I don't just recognize them clinically — I recognize them personally. I've heard every line because I've said every line. That doesn't make me better than any other therapist. It makes me harder to fool.

A Collaborative Process

Therapy works best when it becomes a partnership. You bring your experience, insight, and goals. I bring clinical expertise, structure, and a process designed to help create sustainable change. Together, the work becomes both practical and deeply personal.
